Everybody knows about the Saudization taking place extensively in Saudi Arabia. Most of the foreign workers will be replaced eventually - at-least that is what the government in Saudi wants. With these things in mind, if I have a descent job offer in Saudi Arabia, Should I consider it?
I am more concerned about the fair treatment at workplace.
A good suggestion will really help me to a decision.

If it is just a decent job and if you want stay for a longer time - like 4 or 5 years or more - then now is not at all a good idea to come to Saudi Arabia. Saudi Govt is trying to decrease the dependency on expats as much as possible.
Fair treatment at workplace: Once your out of your home country hardly there is a place in the world where you will be treated fairly unless you are a very talented person. In Saudi Arabia your increments and growths will not be as much as locals (which is the case for an expatriates everywhere in the world). Come to Saudi Arabia only if get job in an international company, otherwise at this time it is not at all a good idea to plan to do a job for long term in KSA.

a good idea to plan to do a job for long term in KSA.
But if your plan is to work for only one or two years, It should not be difficult. Things are changing rapidly in KSA, you cannot calculate cost of living and savings with accuracy these days.
I will repeat again come to work only in International companies, avoid local companies, and seriously avoid those who are offering azad visa or blue collar visa for a white collar job.
